    When at Gimli Fish please try the steelhead trout. I put a bit of oil on the skin side and than brush Hellmans mayonnaise on the opposite side, top with fresh grated lemon rind and lemon pepper. Place on foil skin side down in oven at 350 degrees or on bbq for 15 mins .....excellent. I also suggest buying some pickerel along with the beer batter mix. awesome. I noted Karen sells the mix for a good value compared to some higher priced stores. This store is always super clean and the staff never have to be told to wear gloves.
